GRANT OF RIGHTS
The Artist and her official Photographer, Mike Robinson, may grant certain clients limited rights according to medium, purpose or product application, and length of usage. Limited use is herein granted for architects, interior designers and decorators to download images for the express purpose of promoting Jennifer's work to their clients. If you would prefer custom prints of certain images for such promotion, please contact us with specific details.

THE ARTIST'S WARRANT
The Artist hereby represents, warrants and agrees that 1) she is the sole owner and author of the Artworks, which are wholly original with the Artist, except to the extent that they may contain certain images which, to the Artist's knowledge, are in the public domain; 2) that she is the sole copyright holder of these images and retains all rights to same in any and all media, and 3) that she has sole and exclusive right to grant these rights herein.
